These conditions will be reviewed regularly in line with government guidelines. The Waggon & Horses reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Advance warning will be given where possible.

Due to high demand, to secure your booking we will need to take a deposit based on the number of guests. By making this non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and abiding by all UK government guidelines.

We ask that our guests remain seated at all times. During busy periods, we operate a 1 hour 45 minute seating policy and may offer a limited selection from our menus.

Our deposit charges are as follows:

• £10 per person deposit for all outdoor and indoor areas — non-refundable should a guest not attend.
• There is no minimum spend for under 16s (proof of age required). During sporting event days, management reserve the right to apply a minimum spend of £25 per person for the duration of the event.

Under 18s will not be permitted on the premises after 8:30pm (including during sporting events).

Once payment is made, we will confirm your booking and your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please arrive on time — we cannot guarantee your table 15 minutes after the original booking time. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. The Waggon & Horses will not tolerate any use of illegal substances, external alcohol, or discrimination of any kind on the premises.

Section 1 — Booking Policy

• The Waggon & Horses is open 12:00 – 00:00 daily (Friday & Saturday until 01:30).
• We strongly recommend that groups reserve a table in advance.
• Should you arrive more than 5 minutes after your booking time, you may lose your table. You will also lose your deposit if one has been taken.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking time to ensure you are ready to be seated.
• It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit.
• Tables are allocated on the day by the team. While we will do everything we can to accommodate your preferred area, this cannot always be guaranteed.
• Please respect our staff, other guests, and our neighbours when leaving the premises.
• Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

Section 2 — Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is made it cannot be changed.
• A pre-paid deposit booking fee per person will be collected and applied towards your final bill, subject to all booking conditions being met and all members of the party arriving.
• We reserve the right to retain your deposit in instances where you do not comply with our policies, including cancellations, late arrivals, or incomplete party attendance.
• A minimum spend may be applied during busy periods.
• Any booking where guests fail to arrive on time or within the 15-minute grace period will lose their booking slot.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission.

The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Section 5 — Prices and Services

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without liability.

We have made every effort to display our products and services accurately. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue any product at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Waggon & Horses accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may terminate your access to our services at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Waggon & Horses regarding use of our Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Section 15 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section 16 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 17 — Offers and Promotions

• Management reserve the right to withdraw any past, present or future offers at any time.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other running or previous offers.
